Support Call Center

With ability to operate 24/7, 365days a year, ForHealth’s Support Call Center’s Healthcare professionals stand by the patient and his family

Patient Training

ForHealth’s extended Healthcare Professionals Network, all-over Romanian territory, can provide consistent and professional Disease Management Training Services to the patient and their relatives, at their premises.

The proper method of administration, according to the SPC is a prerequisite for increasing the compliance to the treating physician’s instructions, resulting in improved therapeutic effects of each pharmaceutical product and each patient’s quality of life.

Drug Delivery at Home

We undertake the drug delivery, using certified transportation boxes, from public Pharmacies to any point our patient suggests. There is a drug delivery capability on both cold chain conditions (Cold Chain 2-8 C) and on ambient temperature conditions (ambient 15 – 25 C), regardless of the external temperature.

We take in consideration all safety standards set by each cooperating pharmaceutical company, so that the patient who will trust us will have his drug delivered safely and in time.

All drug deliveries are performed by ForHealth’s extended Healthcare Professionals Network and are monitored for keeping the shipping temperature constant, in the predefined range, using temperature loggers

Disease Management

ForHealth’s Healthcare Professionals, on both from the Call Center and from our Network throughout the country, provide training and consulting services regarding the management of their disease. These services, which are designed by skilled Healthcare Professionals, combined with the specific requirements of each disease, can be carried out either in patient’s premises, the pharmacy or in the physician’s office

The main purpose of this approach is to inform and sensitize the patient and all his carer’s so that all together as a group would become partakers of the effort to improve the Patient’s quality of life.

On line Training Services

ForHealth has the ability to offer the service of conducting online training to patients via web platforms, for Disease Management or Correct Drug Administration.

In particular, each patient, who chooses the above service, will be trained by healthcare professionals, while participants can chat and present educational material in the form of presentations. All users can connect to the platform using any mobile phone, tablet or computer.

Diagnostic Tests

ForHealth has the ability to collaborate with Diagnostic Centers Network, around Romanian territory. Patients which are registered to Patient Support Programs will have the ability to conduct the suggested tests at their nearest Diagnostic Center, free of charge by showing a specific test code that will be send by ForHealth
